For those of you that really know your radio frequency from your lasers... and may be because we like to show off just a little... here’s a little technical information on the devices we use at Aura Spa and our experience:

  • We now have TWO HydraFacial machines! Voted ‘the most worth it facial’ – HydraFacials are one of our most popular treatments and it’s no wonder having built up over 8 years worth of experience. You won’t find anywhere local with as much experience and expertise as we do. We also love to combine the HydraFacial with other treatments, such as Radio Frequency, Laser Genesis and iS Clinical's Fire and Ice peel. Results from these combined treatments are instant and impressive.

  • We use the gold standard in laser technology – Cutera’s Excel HR Laser. Not only does this laser remove unwanted hair but we can also treat undesired veins, pigmentation, acne, open pores, redness and much more. Cutera's sapphire contact cooling makes these treatments much more comfortable than other lasers. The technology is outstanding as are our fully qualified technicians.

  • Market leading monopolar radio frequency technology is our choice for skin tightening, fat reduction and cellulite reduction. We use BTL Aesthetics Exilis Ultra for these treatments.....a well known favourite of Kim Kardashian and Dr Nyla!

  • When it comes to LED light therapy there is only one choice... Dermalux Tri-Wave. The most powerful, medical grade LED technology.

  • The Cryopen is our 'magic wand' for removing benign skin lesions such as skin tags, cherry spots, water warts, sun spots and so on.
  • Our most recent addition is our Jovena FaceStim device! With a noticeable lift from just ONE treatment, this incredible new technology combines radio frequency with muscle contractions to achieve remarkable results. Expect lifted features and tighter, rejuvenated skin.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS

As appointments are in high demand we now require a 25% deposit on all treatment bookings to secure your appointment.

Card details will only be required once and can then be stored on a secure system with your permission.

We kindly request 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or move your appointment. 25% of the reserved service fee will be charged if sufficient notice is not given and we cannot re-book the appointment.

No shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service fee.

Courses

Courses are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Courses are for the one client only and are not to be shared.

If you are unable to complete your course due to medical reasons we would need a written letter from your GP, giving the reasons you cannot continue with treatment, to consider a refund. We would not consider any refunds after 6 months from the purchase date. If sessions have been redeemed, the used sessions will be charged at the full price of the individual service and the balance will be refunded. Refunds are to be paid to the same card used for payment.

For clients on a course of treatments who fail to arrive for their appointment or cancelling time is shorter than 48 hours, (and we cannot rebook the appointment time), we reserve the right to deduct a course session.

Courses of treatments must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase unless it is stated otherwise.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards purchased may only be redeemed in the business(s) of purchase.
  • Gift cards can be redeemed on all treatments and products.
  • Gift cards may be partially redeemed and the balance used at a later date, provided before expiry.
  • Gift cards may be redeemed alongside cash and / or other accepted payment methods.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent.
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Gift cards will expire 12 months from activation.
  • Please treat your card as cash as it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
